Hi, I'm Luke Edwards, founder of Evolving Athlete.
Football changed my life. I went from lacking direction in high school to winning a CIF Championship, earning All-Region honors, and playing five years of college football. Along the way, I gained over 40 pounds of muscle, dramatically improved my speed and strength, earned my Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Master's Degree in Sports Management, am ISSA personal trainer certified and learned what it truly takes to compete at the next level.
My journey wasn't perfect. Injuries eventually ended my dream of playing professionally, but they gave me something even more valuable, a mission.
I started Evolving Athlete to become the coach I wish I had.
My goal isn't just to help athletes run faster, which I specialize in. It's also to provide a proven roadmap that teaches speed development, strength, explosiveness, recovery, nutrition, and the mindset needed to reach their full potential.

First session we time the 40 yard dash, 10 yard split, flying 10, and vertical jump using our OVR laser timing system

Each day has a purpose and designed to give the athlete the fastest results without having to train super hard
